Korean, Japanese and German investors are hunting for cheap properties but they just looking at finished office building, hotels and resorts on the beach. No one is interested in residential projects. Moreover, their attitude is just checking, due to the price is still high compared to region level. They seem to wait for gov’t action on realty bad debt.
